This Site is operated by the Mandy Cook for TN campaign (the "Campaign"), a political campaign committee registered with the Tennessee Registry of Election Finance, a division of the Bureau of Ethics and Campaign Finance. The Site is intended to provide information about the Campaign, accept lawful political contributions, and facilitate volunteer and supporter engagement.
Eligibility to Donate
By making a contribution through this Site, you confirm that you are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident; are making this contribution with your own personal funds and not those of another person, corporation, or entity; are not a foreign national; are at least 18 years of age; and are not a federal contractor. These restrictions are required by applicable federal and state law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, and video, is the property of the Campaign or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this Site without prior written permission from the Campaign, except for personal, non-commercial use or as permitted by law.
